After finishing his studies at Montreal’s School of Fine Arts, Wolfe did a whole year of training in engraving workshops in France. Represented by Graff Gallery since 1979, he had more than ten solo exhibitions there and many more in Toronto, Strasbourg and Basel, at the Musée d'art de Joliette and at Expression, centre d'exposition de Saint-Hyacinthe. He participated to numerous collective shows, notably in Belfast, Madrid and Toronto, at the Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal and at the Musée du Québec. His works are part of museum and corporate collections in Canada and abroad.
